2008 – Present
In early December 2008 Scott & Deb took ownership of the cafe. During their time so far they have seen some key developments in the café that include the
– renewal of the 21 year lease
– renovations to the café to improve the kitchen facilities and modernisation of the building
– landscaping to the rear of the café including outdoor stage
– water catchment program to recycle rain water

Some notable events to date include
– Glenelg Shire 2016 Food & Beverage award winner
– Victorian Cafe of the Year 2014 (Runner up Australian COTY)
– Guy Sebastian singing at the café,
– 2 major IRB Surf Life Saving Carnivals
– Implementation of Bridgestock (Annual Australia Day music event)
– Several major fundraising events
– Great Victorian Bike Ride
